What we build

• Booking and scheduling. Appointments, classes, tables or jobs, with reminders that cut no-shows and a calendar your staff can actually use.
• Client and member portals. A login where customers see their orders, documents, invoices or progress, instead of emailing you to ask.
• Dashboards and reporting. Your numbers pulled from the systems you already use, in one screen that answers the question you keep asking.
• Online shops and ordering. Payments through Stripe, stock that stays in step, and no per-sale platform tax.
• Internal tools. Quoting, job tracking, stock, rotas, onboarding — the process currently held together by a spreadsheet and somebody's memory.
• Integrations. Making the accounting, till, CRM and calendar you already pay for talk to each other.

How it is priced

Bespoke work starts at £1,995, but the number that matters is the one on your quote. It comes after a free discovery call, and it does not move unless you ask for something new — in which case you get a price before any work happens.

Changes and additions later are charged at £25 an hour during the launch offer, always quoted first. Hosting is billed to you directly, at cost; most applications this size run for a few pounds a month.

How a build runs

Discovery. We sit with the work as it happens now, find where the time goes, and agree what the software has to change. Sometimes the honest answer is that a smaller thing will do, and we will say so.

Build, in stages. You see something running early and keep seeing it. No months of silence followed by a reveal that misses the point.

Launch. We move the real data in, train whoever needs training, and hand over documentation written for a human.

After. A care plan if you want changes and monitoring handled, or nothing at all. It keeps running either way.

What you own at the end

The source code, the database and every account it runs on. We hand over the repository and the keys, and there is no licence, no seat fee and no clause that makes leaving expensive.

That matters more for an application than for a website. If a tool runs your bookings or your job list and you cannot take it with you, you do not have software — you have a subscription with a lock on it. Our terms of business put the ownership in writing.

How it is built

Boring, durable technology on purpose: standard web languages, a database you could hire anyone to work on, and hosting that scales down to nothing when it is quiet. No framework of the month, and no dependency we would be embarrassed to explain in three years.
